Learn Spanish in Bolivia

In economic terms, Bolivia is a poor country. Its riches lie in its history, its geographic and cultural diversity, and, of course, its people. It is an ideal destination for anyone seeking to develop their Spanish language skills. On the Spanish Language Course in Bolivia with Projects Abroad, you will be based in the city of Cochabamba, which has an enviable spring climate year round.

Whether you are a complete beginner or have been learning Spanish for several years, the courses will be tailored to your ability. Living with a Spanish-speaking host family will also give you ample opportunity to practise your new Spanish vocabulary.

There are two options when it comes to learning Spanish in Bolivia. You can choose to do an intensive standalone course, where you will receive 15 hours of lessons per week from a qualified Spanish teacher.

After completing your Spanish Language Course, you can also choose to spend time working on one of our Bolivia volunteer projects, such as Teaching or Care, and put your newly acquired language skills to use in a practical working environment.

Alternatively, you can choose to sign up for our 5-hour, 14-hour, or 30-hour Language Course add-ons, which run alongside your main volunteer project. These prices are in addition to your main project price. Please take a look at our Bolivia language prices for more information.

Depending on your skills and when you travel with us, you may have your classes alone with the teacher or be in a small group with two or three others.
