Learn French in Morocco
Taking part in the French Language Course in Morocco is a great opportunity to immerse yourself in the fascinating local culture while improving your French skills. While in Morocco you will be based in the cosmopolitan city of Rabat.
Although Arabic is the official language in Morocco, Rabat’s focus on politics and business means that French is culturally very important and widely spoken. French will usually be the main language that you use to communicate with your host family, at your volunteer placement or in the community going about your daily life.
There are two options when it comes to learning French in Morocco. If you choose to take French as a standalone Language Course, you will receive 15 hours of personal classes per week.
After completing your French Language Course, you can also choose to spend time working on one of our Morocco volunteer projects, such as Teaching or Care, and put your newly acquired language skills to use in a practical working environment.
The other option is to study French alongside your regular volunteer placement. We offer 5-hour, 14-hour, or 30-hour French language add-on courses. These prices are in addition to your main project price. Please take a look at our Morocco language prices for more information.
Depending on your skills and when you travel with us, you may have your classes alone with the teacher or be in a small group with two or three others.
